Rooted In Family And Tradition

We are the Singard family from Chiang Rai, Thailand, a region known as the Golden Triangle where Thailand, Laos, and Burma meet. Before opening our restaurant in San Jose, we spent many years working in hospitality and Thai restaurants throughout Thailand and the South Bay Area. Those experiences helped shape our approach to food, service, and welcoming guests. Today, we proudly share a part of our family's story through every meal we prepare.

Our journey has always been centered on learning and improving our craft. Our chef attended culinary schools in Thailand, building a strong foundation in traditional cooking techniques. Alongside our chef, our kitchen team brings more than 20 years of Thai cooking experience. Together, we focus on preparing classic Thai dishes with care, respecting the traditions that have guided us throughout our careers and bringing those experiences to every guest we serve.
